Friendly staff rooms are clean breakfast area is so clean price worthy
We had a couple issues with the room after check in. I had booked through a 3rd party (booking.com) which i never have done before or will i do again. After calling booking and the lady calling (a language barrier made that experience horrible with booking not the hotel). After going to the lobby and talking with the gentleman working i fiund out that apparently he had the same issue with the lady from booking. He offered to come to our room and fix the issues, he was very helpful and kind and was attentive to our concerns and addressed them himself and very quickly and efficiently. Not a bad continental breakfast for what the cost of the room was. For a low cost, budget room overall it was a great value. Would recommend the property comfortable no frills and very good customer service. Wont recommend booking.com but the staff on property definitely made up for it!
The property was under construction but the rooms and staff were very nice and accommodating.
Very helpful and friendly staff. There is some Excavating going on the property to prevent occasional flooding in the area but if that isn't a problem for you this is great spot for weekly stays or a quick stop off I-40. Better prices than other hotels in the area, Super 8, Motel 6, Rodeway Etc. Would highly recommend
This is a value hotel, so this isn't a Waldorf Astoria at all people..that being said the hotel isn’t going to be the greatest hence the price. However, it is in a safe location, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was in a decent condition for its age. It had hot and cold breakfast items. I had everything I needed for the night’s stay and their soap/shampoo/toiletry paper were well stocked with towels and washcloths. So If you are looking for a bargain hotel for the night, I would definitely recommend it.
The keypad on our door was acting up and causing us all problems during our stay, but they were so nice & had no problem coming to work on it. The whole family was warm and welcoming. The room was very clean, everything inside worked perfectly. The bed was also comfortable.
